The art of being interesting lies in understanding the Value, Impact, Creativity and Vision that we are delivering.
In Las Vegas last week I was part of a conversation with two really interesting dudes who work in the fields of recruiting (people) and water (life). During the conversation, Shally Steckerl asked Dr Jaroslav Boublik what was the right amount water that we should drink each day. He advised it depends, on activity, situation and personal metabolism. I had recently listened to a podcast by Dr Karl Kruszelnick was talking about Food Poisoning and the effect of dehydration as the body purges the toxins. The body does not absorb readily pure water and one of the greatest discoveries in medical science was the understanding that a small amount of sugar and salt in water increases the absorption rate of water 10 fold.
Creation of movements lies not only in the understanding of being interesting around your product services or ideas but also in the understanding that you need to be interesting to others. JB then took the opportunity to expand the conversation and said that a great rehydration technique was to put ¼ Coca Cola into water to get roughly the right amount of electrolytes happening.
Where do you gather knowledge about things that are interesting?
Take care,
